Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You need to share proof of damage or reason for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, the customer has to arrange for return delivery to our address and have to bare return expense. You can always contact us for any return question at admin@thetari.in.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories and outfits that have been customised as per customer's request. Returns are also not accepted for outfits sold under Special Offers or Buy One Get One Free offers.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for the same outfit in a different size. Exchange is possible depending on the availability of the desired size of the outfit. Exchange is possible only after reason and proof for issue is shared. For starting an exchange, please click the link below:
Raise a return request
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product value on your original payment method within 15 business days. We do not refund shipping charges if there is any. In case of COD orders, the refund will be credited to the bank account of your choice. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
